Complex for measuring and analyzing diffuse reflection of powders and flat materials (samples)

 

The principle of measuring and recording diffuse reflection is based on focusing radiation by an ellipsoid mirror in an optomechanical module and in a module of diffuse reflection on the sample surface with subsequent collection of residual radiation by a second ellipsoid mirror and its direction from an oriented flat mirror to the detector. The normalized primary signal is transmitted from the detector to the registration and control module, where it is processed in real time. The received information block of the registered spectrum (s) through the interface module enters the PC for further processing, analysis, systematization and storage by means of the software of the complex.

SPECTRA VIR-1100 includes the following main modules:

  • optical-mechanical module VIR1100-OPTIC;
  • diffuse reflection unit VIR1100-DIFF-N;
  • microprocessor based registration and control module VIR1100-DIG;
    a module for interfacing with a computer and a Microprocessor module for registration and control
  • VIR1100-CONNECT-GPIB (RS);
  • personal Electronic Computing Machine (PC);
  • software of the VIR1100-SW-3.1 system for measuring the diffuse reflection of flat samples.
