The principle of measuring and recording diffuse reflection using SPECTRA VIR-1100 is based on focusing radiation by an ellipsoid mirror in an optomechanical module and a diffuse reflection module on the sample surface, followed by collection of residual radiation by a second ellipsoid mirror and its direction from an oriented flat mirror to the detector. The normalized primary signal is transmitted from the detector to the registration and control module, where it is processed in real time. The received information block of the registered spectrum (s) through the interface module enters the PC for further processing, analysis, systematization and storage by means of the software of the complex.
